영문 초록

The International Chamber of Commerce(ICC) introduced in October 2010 that it's new publication Incoterms 2010. I have discussed constructively some problems of the new Incoterms. Incoterms mean the ICC official rules for the interpretation of trade terms which facilitate the conduct of international trade. ICC and other organizations made to provide uniform rules for the interpretation of trade terms. The major rules are Incoterms, Revised American Foreign Trade Definition, Uniform Commercial Code and Warsaw-Oxford Rules. It is particularly important to note that Incoterms are not dealt with a number of problems, such as a means of “delivery”and “on board”related to delivery point, risks and costs should be replaced by “in board”under UCC.
