In Kosovo so far is researched in a fragmented and partial form by the science, more works by the authors of the health sectors, but not the complex cording to the principles of the International Federation for thermal center (FITEC). For the composition of the principles that are approved for thermal, especially reflects center tasks which focus on thermal treatment, but complete restoration of the vital force of labor in the physical side of the instruments for the active treatment, installation of various dealing with gymnastic exercises, sports and games, pool open and closed parks and paths for walking, for recreation centers, recreation, entertainment, library, reading room, hall tauten and cultural and social programs.
