영문 초록

The objectives of this study are to develop Human Resource (HR) in Information Technology (IT) for cultural tourism, to set up scope from concerned groups and to survey levels of satisfaction from tourists. The study found that some of cultural tourism products (Spas and Thai massage) use IT in their operations. The research team proposed a Blueprint on HR improvement on IT work. From the survey, tourists (42.8%) were satisfied with the received information. For IT facilities, 44% found no usage at those cultural sites whereas 36.5% found the usage and 19.5% did not know that electronics facilities are used.
