The purposes of this research were: to study the effect of different learning achievements on the practicum training performances of students majoring in Hotel and Tourism Management, BUIC,
and to study any comments, suggestions and obstacles of the training so as to improve and prevent any further problems in the future. The instrument used was rating scale questionnaire. The items
in the questionnaires included perception and understanding skills, learning skills, practical skills, interpersonal communication skills and personality. The respondents were the trainees' supervisors from the training organizations during the training period. The finding revealed as follows: the respondents had the extremely satisfied level towards the practicum training performances of the trainees. The "interpersonal communication skills" was the highest score. The statistically significant differences were found in the three items of the trainees' attributes.
