영문 초록

After agreements of Bali Roadmap, Korea will become an emission obligation nation to reduce greenhouse gases on Post-2012. And the study of effective emission reduction policies will be increased. This paper analyzes the policies of GHGs's reduction, Carbon Taxes and Emission Trading System. It is advisable that policy mix is used to achieve the GHG's reduction. And according to the demand of energy, discriminative or adequate policy mix is desirable.
