영문 초록

China government announced "the promoting project of northeast 3 Star in China" which focuses on rebuilding industry in this region. With rapid economic development in China, international trade from and to China are growing significantly. It will not only devote to the economic development between Gangwon Provinces and the 3 Star of Northeast China, but also has the great synergy effect thereafter. It is regarded as a good opportunity for Gangwon Provinces to promote international trade between this region and itself. In this paper, the trade environment and customs issues between Gangwon Provinces and the 3 Star of Northeast China was studied. In addition, considering these factors, the strategies for promoting the international trade between Gangwon Provinces and the 3 Star of Northeast China were demonstrated.
