정신지체아동의 장애정도 결정을 위한 진단.평가 퍼지 프로그램 개발

국문 초록

최근 정신지체에 대한 정의는 과거와는 달리 지능지수와 적응행동검사 결과를 함께 고려해서 결정하도록 명시하고 있다. 그러나 선행연구에서 정신지체아동의 진단.평가시 지능지수와 적응행동검사 결과를 함께 고려하는 것에 대한 의문과 문제점 등이 제기되고 있으나, 여전히 구체적인 해결방안을 제시하지는 못하고 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 지능지수와 적응행동검사 결과를 함께 고려하여 정신지체아동의 장애정도를 결정하기 위한 진단.평가 퍼지 프로그램을 개발을 위해 우선적으로 퍼지 추론규칙을 형성하였다. 또한 퍼지 추론규칙에 기초하여 개발한 퍼지 진단.평가 프로그램의 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 신뢰도 검증을 위하여 Perarson 신뢰도, 회귀분석, 다중공선성 분석, 그리고 Durbin-Watson값 등을 산출하였는데, 만족스러운 결과를 확보하였다. 또한 연구대상인 261명의 정신지체아동이 소속된 기관의 원장, 교사 및 치료사, 그리고 학부모를 대상으로 이 연구에서 개발한 진단.평가 프로그램의 결과에 대한 동의를 묻는 신뢰도 검증에서 Cronbach's α계수가 .99로 산출되었다. 따라서 이 연구에서 개발한 정신지체아동의 장애정도를 결정하기 위한 진단.평가 퍼지 프로그램은 높은 신뢰도를 보장하고 있음을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

American Association on Mental Retardation(AAMR), now the name of association is changed to American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities(AAIDD) amended the definition of the mental retardation. Unlike the pre-definition which is defined by the score of IQ itself, today definition on mental retardation is accepted by the score of IQ and the scale of independent behavior. However the scale of independent behavior is composed with different 10 areas. Therefore many researchers argued about the definition of the AAIDD. The components of the 10 areas is not equal in the weight of importance. The purpose of this study was to develop the fuzzy program to determine the degree of disabilities for mental retardation with the score of IQ and the scale of independent behavior. The professional team was organized by 37 people who are working for mental retardation children in the clinic centers and researchers for special education. Also 1,000 mental retardation children were participated for this study. However, 261 data were valuable. Corelation and regression were utilized for this study. The parents and teachers for the 261 mental retarded children were participated to confirm the reliability of the fuzzy program. The reliability of the funny program to determine degree of disabilities was .99. Therefore This study concluded that the fuzzy program for mental retarded children's diagnosis․evaluation was effective to determine the mental retarded children's degree of disabilities.
