영문 초록

ng-term care insurance' from July, 2008, which have expanded the small-scale elderly care facilities according to elderly care facilities plan on 2006. Up to recently, Small scale care facilities have been not planned to consider into characteristics according to the aging process of old man, which have been built to fill up the criteria of facilities. Also research themes studied up to recently were studies for evaluation and analysis of area in small scale elderly care facilities. This expansion of facilities is only extended and remodeled a existing facilities. therefore, this study is purposed of analyzing for spatial characteristiscs on user evaluation of facilities. Case-studies are selected on elderly care facilities builded from 2007 to 2009 esisting in Daegu city and Kyungsangbuk-do.
