국문 초록

본 연구는 대구․경북지역 자동차부품업계의 물류공동화를 통한 물류비 절감과 경쟁력제고방안을 사례분석을 통해 제시하였다. 대구.경북 자동차 부품업계의 물류공동화 방법은 물류서비스를 전문적으로 제공하는 3자 물류서비스업자를 활용하는 것이 가장 좋은 방법으로 제시되었다. 물류전문서비스 업자를 중심으로 물류공동화를 원활히 수행하기 위해서는 첫째, 물류서비스 기능을 수송, 보관에서 포장, 하역, 정보 등 다양한 물류기능을 포함하는 토털 물류서비스를 제공하여 자동차부품업계의 물류효율을 달성할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 둘째, 자동차 부품업체와 물류서비스업자 간에 단순거래관계에서 보다 긴밀한 관계인 전략적 제휴형태로 발전이 요망된다. 셋째, 자동차 부품업체와 물류서비스업자 간에 파트너십 형태를 유지하기 위해서는 정보네트워크 구축을 해야 한다. 이러한 정보네트워크를 중심으로 원재료 조달부분과 같은 Up-stream 뿐만 아니라 Down-stream 부분을 포함하여 정보네트워크를 구축해 업무 효율을 극대화 하여야 한다.

영문 초록

This research suggests a way to reduce the cost of distribution through joint logistics and plans to enhance competitiveness through analyzing the cases of Daegu and Gyeongbuk’s automotive parts industries. The most efficient way to join different logistics both cases was to utilize logistics services from a third company. To achieve joint logistics centering around the provider of logistics services, three conditions need to be satisfied. First, total logistics services must be provided that includes a variety of services from transportation and storage of logistics services. They also range from packing and unloading, to providing information. Through these services, efficiency in logistics can be achieved in automotive part industries. Second, relationship between automotive parts companies and the providers of logistics services requires changes from a simple business relationship to a tighter strategic alliance. Third, in order to maintain the partnership between the two parties, an information network should be built. Centering around this network, Up-streams and also Down-streams such as raw material transportation must be included in the information network and magnify the working efficiency.
