Using Ecobehavioral Observation Assessment Data Interpreting in the Decision Making Process for Individual with and without Disability in Inclusive Settings

국문 초록

이 연구는 학교에서 중재 반응(RTI) 접근법을 시행하는 중재자 혹은 중재 전문가들에게 중재 결정을 내리는데 사용할 자료들을 지원하기 위함이다. 즉 (1) 문제를 식별하고 문제를 판단하기 위한 보편적인 검사와 (2) 2와 3단계에서 중재를 받고 있는 개별 대상 학생들의 발달과정의 모니터링을 말한다. 이와 연관하여, 본 연구의 목적은 두 개의 통합 학급(3학년과 5학년)에서 중재 결정을 내리는데 사용하기 위해 NEW MS- CISSAR로 수집된 개별 학생들의 생태행동적 관찰 데이터들 해석하기 위함이다. 본 연구의 대상은 통합교육안에서 자폐, 문제행동, 비장애학생, 그리고 선생님이 포함되었으며, 연구의 결과들은 중재 반응(RTI)의 핵심적인 면을 측정하는 MS-CISSAR 측정법의 유효성과 민감성과 관련된 질문들이다. 실제와 앞으로의 조사를 위해 본 연구를 통해 발견된 점들과 암시들이 논의될 것이다.

영문 초록

School psychologists working in schools implementing a Response to Intervention (RTI) approach need data for intervention decision making. In the RTI approach as following inclusion: (a) universal screening leading to problem identification/ validation, and (b) monitoring of the progress of individual students receiving tier 2 and tier 3 interventions. The goal of this research was to explore to display and interpret of individual student’s ecobehavioral observation data collected based on MS-CISSAR in RTI decision making in two inclusive classrooms (3rd and 5th grade). In each inclusive classroom, 3 students with and without disability were included. Results indicated 3 research questions regarding the sensitivity and construct validity of the MS-CISSAR measure for key aspects of RTI. Findings and implications for practice and future research are discussed.
