영문 초록

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES Current real estate market is changing every day. Getting bigger in the real estate market to take advantage of co-building method for the analysis of the land told him. (2) RESEARCH METHOD Literature research, expert interviews, major books (3) RESEARCH RESULTS The results of this study, the concept of co-building method is proposed for improvement. 2. RESULTS Co-building approach to the current and previous studies have established an accurate system is not being implemented, while implementation has caused many difficulties and problems. As suggested in this study, conducted jointly with the building as the way in calculating the appropriate procedures and certain equity, feasibility analysis and market research, the need group conducted a survey conducted business as if the long term success will be how to utilize the land.
