국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 학교부문에서 활용가능한 문화역량모델을 개발하는데 있었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌연구, 벤치마킹, FGI(Focus Group Interview), 역량모델개발 워크숍 및 전문가 검증을 실시하여 학교부문 중 미술과 영역의 문화 역량을 규명하고, 이를 바탕으로 문화역량모델을 개발하였다. 학교부문의 문화역량에 관한 이론적 고찰을 통하여 학교교육에서 문화역량의 필요성, 교과영역에서 문화 역량의 개념 및 선행연구 결과를 종합하였다. 그리고 선행연구 고찰 및 연구진 회의를 통하여 분석의 대상이 되는 학교부문 문화적 역량 모델 개발 영역을 미술분야로 확정하였다. 선정된 분야의 고성과자를 대상으로 패널워크숍을 실시하여 미술과 영역에서 문화 역량을 도출하고 역량 Pool을 구성하였다. 이 중 감정이입, 관찰력, 다문화 이해, 실험정신, 몰입, 분석력, 스토리텔링능력 등 학교부문 전 영역에서 공통적으로 요구되는 7개의 공통 문화 역량을 도출하였다. 공통 문화역량에 따른 역량정의와 행동지표, KSA를 도출하여 최종적인 한국형 문화역량모델 프로파일을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research was to discuss the cultural competency model which can be applied for school and to develop the cultural competency model for school education. According to the purpose of the research, school cultural competency were defined through literature review, benchmarking, FGI(Focus Group Interview), competence research workshop, competence model develop workshop and expert verification etc. Then, the cultural competency model which can be applied for school was developed based on the definitions. For the development of cultural competency model, the art part was selected for the school division through preceding research and researcher's discussion. The panel workshop was implemented with high performers. The cultural competency in school part and the competency pool were derived. Based on this, the cultural competency in domain of curricula was analyzed. Then the seven common cultural competencies such as empathy, ability to observe, understanding of multi-culture, experimental mind, immersion, ability to analyze and ability of storytelling were derived. Then finally the definition of competency, standard of behaviors and KSA(Knowledge, Skills and Attitude) were drawn and the cultural competency model profile was proposed.
