영문 초록

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to investigate the support plan for the foreign residents by globalization. First of all, the study was researched and analyzed specifically about foreign residents living in their distribution of residence, compact housing factors, residential environments in Tokyo, Japan. And after this, this study carefully looked upon the real estate organization which offers commercial services in the process of foreign inflows in the district communities. (2) RESEARCH METHOD The method of research was combined and performed by theoretical and empirical studies of research methods. First, the theoretical study was reviewed in advance with previous studies and understood of meaning of globalization and investigated causes of process to Okubo and flow path in that area. Also mpirical studies determined the residence status of foreigners living by statistical data of the district of Shinjuku and Tokyo, and through the field Survey. And we did interviews for the Okubo real estate service workers who are conducting at present time. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The district area where investigated by study is Okubo area of Shinjuku in Tokyo. In that area, people think to live together and possible to share society and accepting the fact which they are ‘neighbor’ and it is gradually spread throughout the community and had began to be settled. Okubo foreign residents were able to entered in community by the help of local real estate services in that region. 2. RESULTS In this present time 2010, foreign residents in Korea accounted for 2.4% of the total population and it is expecting the growth trend will be increase more than now. As the result we have seen the case in Japan, for our community society we need to work it out to solve the matters that we are facing to it not only by the logic of policy but try to consider ourselves deeply and use mobilizing community resources practically too. To append in addition, there could be exist globalization which non-government and private commercial organizations lead the center of their district and they prosper to gather the social capital with no party concerned by central government's policy or initiative. It gives suggestions to us to see multi-cultures in different angle in our generation.
