국문 초록

본 연구는 인공와우 이식 아동의 수술 후 Off-Switch 기간동안의 다감각 청각 재활프로그램을 개발하여 적용하여 봄으로써 매핑의 결과에 미치는 영향을 알아 본 것이다. 연구의 대상은 실험집단 4명과 통제집단 4명이었다. 치료 프로그램은 시각적 자극 단계, 촉각적 자극 단계, 동작 모방 단계로 나누었다. 결과 분석에서 매핑은 병원의 언어치료사가 실시한 결과를 이용하였다. 1, 2, 3차에 걸친 매핑 자료를 집단간 비교 한 결과, 역동범위는 1, 2, 3차 모두에서 집단간 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났고 역치와 쾌적치는 2차 매핑 결과에서는 집단간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 따라서 다감각 청각 재활프로그램을 적용받은 실험집단이 역동범위가 더 넓었으며 매핑 결과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다고 결론을 내릴 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of auditory rehabilitation program for cochlear implanted children during off-switch state. The effect was measured with mapping data. The mapping data were analyzed in terms of threshold level, comfortable level, and dynamic range. Eight subjects participated in the study. The subjects were free from intellectual, emotional, behavioral or visual problems. The 8 subjects in the experiment were assigned into one of the 2 groups: 4 in the experimental group and the remaining 4 in the control group. The experimental group was subjected to the multisensory auditory rehabilitation program. The Off-Switch program was composed of 3 activities: visual feedback, tactile feedback, and body movements. RION HU-05 AUDIO SPECTORA and VST 2002 were used as the visual feedback devices. RION AU 02B Vibratory Sensation Meter was used as the tactile feedback device. Body movement activities were developed by the author based on the Verbotonal method(Asp, 2000). The intervention took place twice a week. Each session lasted 40 minutes. A t-test was performed between the 2 groups on threshold level, comfortable level, and the dynamic range. The results were as follows: the comfortable level of experimental group was significantly higher and the dynamic range of experimental group was significantly wider. The implication of the study is that the multisensory auditory rehabilitation program was effective in making the mapping process more stable.
