발달장애 특수학교의 지역사회 현장실습 중심 직업교육 실시를 위한 로드맵 개발

국문 초록

이 연구는 발달장애 특수학교 학생들이 고등학교 졸업 이후 성과로서 지원고용, 보호고용, 자립생활등을 달성할 수 있도록 중학교 및 고등학교 학년별로 지역사회 현장실습 중심 직업교육을 실시하기 위한내용과 방안을 중심으로 로드맵을 개발하는 데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 발달장애 특수학교에서 직업교육을 담당하고 있는 부장교사 중심의 35명을 대상으로 2회의 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 중학교와 고등학교 과정에서 지역사회 현장중심으로 수행하게 될 직업교육 로드맵을 각 항목의 시기와 중요도를 고려하여 직업생활 22개, 직업준비 29개, 직업기능 28개 항목으로 구분하여 개발하였다. 이 연구에서개발된 총 79개의 로드맵 항목들은 발달장애 특수학교에서 현장실습 중심 직업교육을 실시하는 과정에서지역사회의 자원, 학교의 여건, 학교수준 교육과정의 운영 방식에 따라 다양하게 적용될 수 있을 것이며,그 결과 발달장애 학생의 직업능력 개발 및 고용과 자립생활을 위한 기반을 마련할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was to develop middle and high school years of road-map of vocational education focused on community based training for special schools for students with developmental disabilities to achieve outcomes of supported employment, sheltered employment, and independent living. For the study, 35 chief teachers who were responsible for vocational education in special schools participated into the two times of Delphi surveys. As results of the study, a road-map was developed as 22 items in vocational life, 29 items in vocational preparation, and 28 items in vocational function considering school grade of middle and high school to be applied and significance of each item. The 79 road-map items can be applied to various ways for special schools for students with developmental disabilities to vocational education focused on community based training according to community resources, school conditions, and curriculum management at school level. The application of road-map can be expected to provide for students with development disabilities a basement of vocational competency development, employment, and independent life.
