A justice of the Supreme Court argued that we need to authorize a unique conception of the right of ownership m criminal law which is different from that of civil law, A professor consents to his opinion and asserts that the popular opinion should be mended the mistake m distinguishing the embezzlement from the breach of trust Their opinions deserve attention but it seem like that those are against the principle of legality in criminal law as well as the principle of legality in the law of realty,
