특수학급 교사의 다중지능이론 수용 준거의 구성 타당화

국문 초록

이 연구는 정정온, 백종남, 김삼섭(2009)이 개발한 특수학급 교사의 다중지능이론 수용 준거의 구성타당화를 위해 설계되었다. 연구의 참여자는 213명의 특수학급 교사이다. 연구를 달성하기 위해 확인적 요인분석을 통해 수정 모델을 제시한 후 검증하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 적합도가 검증되었고(CFI=.915, NNFI=.903, RMSEA=.063), 둘째, 각 잠재변수와 관측변수간 유의한 인과 관계가 확인되었으며(CR: t-value, p < .001), 셋째, 단일차원성과 신뢰도가 검증되었다(개념신뢰도 > .70, 평균분산추출 > .50). 결론적으로, 다중지능이론 수용준거의 구성타당도를 검증하였으며, 교사의 준비, 예술적 수용, 학교협력문화, 협조적 수용 등 4요인 21개 문항의 결합 구조를 확인하였다. 마지막으로 이 연구의 제한점, 제언 등에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify construct validity of ACMIS(Adoption Criterion about Multiple Intelligence theory for Special class teachers). The participants of this study were 213 special class teachers. To accomplish purpose of this study, indicated modification model as using a confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), and verified modification model. The results were as followings: First, Goodness-of-fit-index was verified(CFI = .915, NNFI = .903, RMSEA = .063). Second, Causality between latent variable and observed variable was confirmed (CR, p < .001). Third, Unidimensionality and reliability was verified(construct reliability > .70, average variance extracted > .50). From this result, We found out 21 items subjected those 4 categories: teacher's preparation; artistic acceptance; school cooperation atmosphere; cooperative acceptance. The implication, limitation and suggestions of this study were discussed.
