국문 초록

최근 글로벌 시장의 특징인 고객욕구의 다양화, 제품 사이클 단축, 기업간 확대되는 제휴 관계, 정보기술의 발달, 경쟁의 심화 등으로 공급사슬관리의 성과를 극대화하기 위한 핵심요건인 공급사슬통합이 크게 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 공급사슬통합에 영향을 주는 요인에 관하여 종합적으로 분석하여 각 통합요인과 구조적․기능적 공급사슬통합과의 관계를 규명하고, 이러한 공급사슬통합의 결과가 기업성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 문헌연구 및 실증분석을 통해 기업의 역량을 강화하기 위한 전략적 및 전술적 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 연구결과는 환경적 요인, 고객만족적 요인, 비용 요인이 구조적 통합 및 기능적 통합에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 구조적․기능적 통합은 기업성과인 효율성 및 효과성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 내부적인 장벽 등의 사유로 인하여 적극적인 공급사슬통합으로 발전하지 못하는 기업들에게 기업성과의 제고를 위하여 공급사슬통합이 주요한 전략이 될 수 있다는 점을 제시하고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to facilitate corporations' supply chain integration to improve their performance in terms of efficiency and effectiveness since recently supply chain integration has become a critical success factor. A questionnaire to verify 12 hypothesis was made, and multiple regression analysis was conducted to examine determinants influencing structural and functional integrations between suppliers, producers, distributors and consumers. Furthermore the hypothesis test was carried out to analyze the causal relationship between supply chain integration and its efficiency and effectiveness. The result of this study suggests that the environmental factors have significant effect structural integration of supply chain, while the satisfactional factors for customers significantly affect structural and functional integration of supply chain. And the structural and functional integration as independent variables significantly affect the efficiency and the effectiveness as dependent variables at the significance level of 0.05. This study provides the strategy and tactics of corporations on supply chain integration by verifying its positive performance, but neglects effects based on detailed attributes of large corporations and industrial classification.
