1. CONTENTS
(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
this study intends to Promote the satisfaction of apartment house occupants and to look into the apartment house effectiveness by anlysing the conflict structure between interested parties.
(2) RESEARCH METHOD
This study, at first, performed descriptive and investigative researches through literature examination, and put into practice a visitation interview and SPSS, targeting at interested parties.
(3)RESEARCH FINDINGS
The findings af analysis are as followings.
First, the reason of conflict, between interested parties were the lack of community recognition, the indifference and avoidance of responsibility between related organizations which had social and economic significant difference.
Second, the interested parties entered into agreement and applied for civil affairs to solve conflict.
Third, it was necessary to establish regulations about houses and management to solve other conflicts between interested parties except interested parties agreement and civil affairs applied for.
2. RESULTS
Apartment houses contain various conflicts and troubles because they are private properties. The conflicts can not swept away. so, they are the objects to be managed, and the negative influences, arisen by conflicts, must be decreased. For the purpose of managing public houses effectively, it needs to grasp conflict kinds and structure of public lease-houses which have strong characteristics of public properties.
