영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to investigate what the shipper's selection factor of the Consolidator would be and to suggest the way of improving customer's satisfaction. The methodology is composed of both literature study and empirical study. In verifying the study, hypothesis is conducted using statistical analysis of SPSS 12.0. The findings of the research are as follows; the results of Factor Analysis are organized with 4 factors which are “Continuous Relationship”, “Correctness”, “Reputation” and “Capacity”. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the most important factor would be correctness.
