국문 초록

본 연구는 지가공시체계의 실태와 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 개선방안을 도출하여 지가공시제도에 기여하는데 목적이 있다. 주요 연구내용은 지가공시체계의 변천과정 실태를 분석하고 이를 기초로 문제점과 개선방안을 고찰했다. 연구결과, 지가공시체계의 일원화, 공시일자의 일원화, 주택이외의 건물에 대한 가격공시제도의 보완 등의 개선대책이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual condition and the problems of the public land price, and to suggest the improvements of the public land price management. The research contents analyzed the change process actual condition of the official land price system and investigated a problem point and a improvement program with this foundation. For this purpose, In conclusion, it is necessary that the comprehensive policies to prevent public land price from staining and contaminating be established such as the factors analyze and the conservative policies.
