영문 초록

Optical setup for Four beam interference was demonstrated in this paper. Conventional interference optical setup is very difficult to keep same optical path especially four beam instead of two beam. Pulse laser was used for Four beam interference source. This make it possible to make direct pattern on the mold material. Conventional interference optical setup used the continuous wave laser instead of pulse laser because continuous laser has long coherent length.
