영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out the correlation among the sense of value, self efficacy, major satisfaction level, and career maturity of beauty care major collegians. Basically factor analysis is used for the research and correlation analysis is used for subfactors. The major findings of the study are as followings. In the correlation analysis between the sense of value and self efficacy, students with more self respect have more self confidence. In the correlation sense of value and major satisfaction, materialistic value has a negative correlation with the satisfaction on the curricula. However, students with higher level of self respect show higher conscious satisfaction level, too. Students with higher materialistic value have a clearer purpose in the analysis between the sense of value and career maturity. In the analysis between self efficacy and career maturity, the results show that students with stronger self confidence have more conscious satisfaction. In the correlation of major satisfaction level and career maturity, higher conscious satisfaction has a positive relation with readiness, independence, certainty.
