영문 초록

The MPN method is used for estimating the density of organisms in a solution. It can provide effective procedures if an adequate experimental design is planned. This paper presents a R program that constructs MPN tables, standard error, confidence interval for a dilution series with any degree of replication and variable sample volumes at each dilution level. This program can make the MPN method available for more general use.
