국문 초록

본 연구는 여성결혼이민자들의 인권실태와 문제점을 분석하고 개선방안을 모색 하는데 있다. 인권실태와 문제점을 파악하기 위해 15명을 대상으로 일대 일 심층면접 을 실시하였다. 면접결과 입국과정에서 부정확한 정보 및 거짓 정보 제공과 자율적인 의사결정권 상실 등의 인권침해가 나타났다. 또한 한국에서의 결혼생활과정에서는 가정폭력, 인격모독, 유기, 지나친 간섭과 강요, 임신 강요, 음식문제, 언어 및 의사소통 문제, 국적 취득 신청 기피, 문화 차이, 편견과 선입견 등의 인권침해가 나타났다. 본 사례의 인권실태 및 문제점을 근거로 여성결혼이민자들의 인권보호를 위해, 결혼중개업체들의 관리감독 및 법률 강화, 법적 제도적 기반 구축, 언어 및 인권교육의 강화, 문화의 차이 존중, 가족상담서비스 지원, 인권과 권익보호를 위한 예산 및 프로그램편성 등을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purposes of these study is to analyze the reality and improvement of human rights for the female marriage immigrants. I interviewed each of fifteen people profoundly to understand their problems in their reality. After I interviewed them, I found they had been given wrong information and they hadn’t had the right that they can decide what they want to do. These are some kinds of violations of human rights. And the women have been suffering from violence in their families, being blamed their individuality, abandonment, forcible demand in their everyday lives, being compelled pregnancy, problems of food and language or communication, evasion the acquisition nationality, differences between cultures, and prejudice or preconception. Therefore, based on the reality and problems of these study, I suggest that we have to reinforce the management and control of the company that intermediate the marriages, we need to strengthen the related law, construct legal and nstitutional foundation, step up the educating language and right, respect the differences between cultures, support consultation service in families, organize budget and programs for protection of their human rights.
