영문 초록

  This study aims to verify the effect on how the human resource management influences organizational performance through literature and empirical study. Also, this study is to find the causal relations with human resource management, trust, organizational performance with the mediating role of trust.
  For the study, research data was collected from 15 deluxe hotel in Seoul. Each variable is measured by Likert"s 5-point scale. The data are analyzed by such frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, SEM(Structural Equation Model). The major finding and implication can be summarized as follow:
  Firstly, education & training, rewards, and career development of human resource management have a positive impact on the trust. However, recruiting and achievement evaluations have no significant impact on the trust.
  Secondly, trust has a positive impact job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
