영문 초록

  The roof of car body is very difficult structure to maintain optimal gap for laser welding of zinc coated sheet metal using jig fixture. Almost all welding system is applied the roller or ball point for the gap. And the secondary quality problem that the spatters are adhered to the surface of car body happened.
  This paper describes that it used the roller tool to press the sheet metal and embossing to maintain optimal gap for 3 layers zinc coated sheet metal laser welding. The air blower is applied to avoid spatter adhesion on the surface of car body
