영문 초록

  In many european automotive manufacturers, laser brazing is used to connect sheet metal in the car body. Main advangate of laser brazing compared with welding is the smooth surface finish. Due to this advantage, laser brzing is applied to visible joints such as roof and side joints, tailgates. This paper presents the relation between microscopic analysis of laser brazing section and brazing condition such as laser power and brazing speed, wire feeding speed.
