영문 초록

  In the electronic components industry rapidity and flexibility are very important factors. The laser process provides the benefits of rapidity and flexibility. For these reasons, the laser micro joining is considered to be acceptable method in the electronic components industry. In this study, a wide range of experiments have been carried out for the gold wire-to-nickel thin film joining using continuous wave fiber laser.
