영문 초록

  In order to cope with changes in logistics environment such as the expansion of the logistics market and the diversification of customers’ needs, logistics service providers are making efforts to provide one­stop services and total logistics services. These logistics services can be implemented by integrating various logistics activities including land, marine and air transportations, finance, and IT.
  A single logistics service provider has a limitation in providing various integrated services to shippers, logistics service providers(LSPs) enter into an alliance with LSPs in the same category or different categories
  The objective of this study is to suggest how LSPs can continue cooperative relationship with partners and manage alliance performance effectively after they have entered into alliance with other logistics service providers.
