유아 교사의 자아분화와 정서신념에 관한 연구

국문 초록

  본 연구는 유아교사의 자아분화와 정서신념에 관한 상관성을 알아보고자 유아 교사 186명을 대상으로 하여 Bowen(1986)이 개발하고 제석봉(1989)과 김원금(2004)이 사용한 자아분화 검사도구와 Hyson과 Lee(1996)가 개발한 정서신념 평가 척도(Caregiver"s Beliefs About Feelings, CBAF)를 검사도구로 하여 연구하였다. 연구결과 유아교사의 자아분화와 정서신념 수준은 3.73과 3.23으로 각각 중간보다 다소 높은 수준을 보였으며, 자아분화 수준은 유아교사의 경력에 따라서 차이가 없었으나, 정서신념에 있어서는 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 유아교사의 자아분화수준과 정서신념 간에는 높은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 유아교사의 자아분화 하위 요소 중 인지적 기능 대 정서적 기능, 정서적 단절 가족 퇴행, 사회적 퇴행은 정서신념과 매우 유의한 상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 가족 체계적 관점에서 볼 때 유아교사의 성장과정에서 얻게 되는 원가족 경험이 유아교사의 개인적 경험에 국한되기보다는 유아교사의 전문적 지식 구성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 유아교사의 자아 분화 촉진을 위한 교사 지원 프로그램의 기초자료로 활용할 시사점을 제공해 준다고 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

  The objective of this research is to scrutinize the relativity between the level of kindergarten teachers" differentiation of self based on base family and belief about emotion. The sample group of this research is 186 public and private kindergarten teachers in Seoul or Gyeonggi area. Self-differentiation measurement tool which Bowen developed and Jae-seckbong(1989), Kim-wangum(2004) used and assessment scale of belief about emotion which Hyson and Lee developed is revised, complemented and then used. The results showed that they had higher levels of self-differentiation than average (M=3.73), and their belief about emotion (M=3.23). According to the result, the level of self-differentiation based on kindergarten teachers" career back ground is not different but the level of belief about emotion, based on kindergarten teachers" career is significantly different. Relation between kindergarten teachers" self-differentiation and belief about emotion is closely related. It was found that especially cognitive functions vs. emotional functions, emotional rupture, family regression and social regression among kindergarten teachers" self-differentiation factors are significantly related to sub factors of belief about emotion, This finding shows that from the perspective of family system, kindergarten teachers" experience of base family affects professional knowledge of kindergarten teachers beyond the limitation of kindergarten teachers" personal experience and can be used as preliminary data of teachers supporting program for kindergarten teachers" self-differentiation.
