1. CONTENTS
(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
The purpose of this research is to clarify the difference of the suggesting data of the Project Finance related enterprises designed for realty development as an evaluation system, after the application of BSC.
(2) RESEARCH METHOD
This research is an evaluation system related to Project Finance, evaluating the realty developing incorporation´s financial affair data and also the non-financial data at the same time on its management and evaluation. With the need of Balanced Score Card (BSC), we tried to analyze the difference of BSC, which can evaluate the financial affair data and the non financial data at the same time, before the application and after its application.
2. RESULTS
By using the Project Finance (PF) at the banking agencies as based on its results, we can suggest the theoretical reason to activate the application of BSC models on the credit evaluation of all the enterprises on the project of realty development.
