영문 초록

  1. CONTENTS
  (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
  The purpose of this study is to document and analyse on the process of urban regeneration project since the special law for urban regeneration was established.
  (2) RESEARCH METHOD
  In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we conduct a survey of this project process on "sewoon district." It is used by the interview and analysis of conference records.
  (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS
  We found the problems of institution and support system in sewoon district project.
  2. RESULTS
  The results of this study can be summarized as follows;
  First, for ensuring public benefit attributes, it is necessary to establish a detailed article and a criterion of public project enforcement and infrastructure expense plan.
  Second, it is important to readjust regulation about countermeasure for tenants in shopping district regeneration project.
