영문 초록

  Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze the trend of research on musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs) among nurses in Korea, and it"s going to suggest the direction offuture research. Method : A total of 18 studies published from 1990 to 2007 were analyzed according to the year of publication, research design, journal type, subject type, and major study concepts. Result : 1) The number of studies related to musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs) among nurses have been increased after 2005"(61.1%). 2) It has the most design of all the researches was the survey studies(88.9%). 3) The master"s these of all the researches ware much more than others(66.1%). 4) A lot of subjects were general department nurses(50%) and nurses in operation room in that order. 5) The major study concepts were mostly musculoskeletal symptoms(50%). 6) The most frequently used instrument of studies is NIOSH`s questionnaire & OWAS (ergonomic Work posture analysis). Conclusion : It is suggested musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs) among nurses that there should be more studies with ergonomic work posture analysis and experimental studies in the future. and then the effects of health promotion of musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs) among nurses are considered necessary.
