영문 초록
To achieve the purpose of administration in the management of national miscellaneous land property, first the precise analysis of managing national property will be promised. In the result of analysis of management of national property under these view point, it is reached to conclusion as following;
First, it is needed to effort to solve active lease activity and illegal possession of national property. Second, as there is difference in utilizing management of the inner city and outskirt city, it is suggested to need regional management system to make use of regional specification as the utility status of national property according to regional specific character. Third, there is most land in the national land property in Seoul and land lease, lease and illegal possession, these is more given weight in the national land property in Seoul. Since the weight is most as the land is more status of utilization, it is suggested to make concentrated effort to solve land lease and illegal possession mainly on land to expand national income. Fourth, the price of land on lease is more higher than the land of lease, it is suggested to need active land lease activity as it hold big weight. And or the price of illegal possessive land is expensive considerably, to solve this problem, it tells that the amount of income will be created. Fifth, the land is much and the price will be higher than the other land. Accordingly if it will be mainly managed land as possible, the huge amount of income will be created. Sixth, the land price of Jung-gu, Seocho-gu, Jongno-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Seongdong-gu and Yeongdeungpo-gu were reviewed to have higher price than the other district(gu).
If these districts want to create more income, it come to the conclusion that these districts pay more attention to management of land.
