영문 초록

  The purpose of this Study is to interpret the location of the city of chuncheon in Chosen Dynasty, and to clarify the space compositions such as public offices and the religious service facilities. The result of the Study is as follows.
  1. During the Chosun Dynasty Chuncheon-bu was geomantically and topographically in Fluenced by feng-shui. Especially, it was clarified that the right and left mountain which had been formed with centered Bongsan made a feng shui environment.
  2. Centering around the Chuncheon-bu the alter to the guardian deities(Sajikdan) was arranged in western Gayeonri, the alter to the the tutelary deities(Sunghwangdan) and demon(Yeodan) in northern Bongsan. in terms of arrangemaent of spaces for sacrificial rites. It seems, therefore that for local cities, spaces for sacrificial rites.
  As mentioned above, chuncheon city has a lot of hisforical spaces constructed in the age. Chuncheon city should be going to grope for variety in the city and identity while reproducing a historical space more positively in the future.
