  1. CONTENTS
  (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
  The objective of this thesis is to embody the importance of real estate ethics in professionals, through the research of real estate ethics in view of ethics.
  (2) RESEARCH METHODS
  This study adopted the existing theoretical literature review. Domestic and overseas materials such as paper, books, etc. are used.
  (3) RESEARCH RESULTS
  Job ethics of professionals and real estate ethics are very important because they will make a big contribution to establish real estate transactions.
  2. RESULTS
  The ethics of real estate business professionals are very important, when finding the characteristics and nature of real estate. Because real estate professional base their merits on specialization, citizen s confidence and business service to make a big contribution to establish real estate transactions.
  When we have the common consciousness to realize the basic ethics and moral value as real estate business professionals. we will play an important role in the real estate service business.
