1. CONTENTS
(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
The purpose of this study is to enhance stability in the real estate transactions possibly involving fraud crimes by analyzing and investigating their causes, types and actual condition and ultimately cope with fraud crimes in the real estate transactions.
(2) RESEARCH METHOD
This study has collected and analyzed the preceding cases of fraud crimes in connection with real estate transactions and referred to precedent papers, statistical data of criminal analysis, various materials announced in seminars and government policies.
(3) RESEARCH RESULTS
In particular, given the current situation of extensive law application of real estate transaction based on its peculiarity, crafty fraud crimes and non-speciality of licensed real estate agents, it is demanded that government should pay close attention to policymaking for safe real state tansactions.
2. RESULTS
In conclusion, in order to secure safe transactions from fraud crimes and prepare transaction accidents in the real estate transactions, it is required to reinforce the ascertainment of real ownership, specialize licensed real estate agents, and activate the title insurance and escrow system.
