  1. CONTENTS
  (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
  Our aim was the rationally management of the national real estate, to leverage advantages for the product line of government operating construction project using partnering based on a program management consortium (FMC) model and to implement an ongoing feedback program of best practice/lessons learned to minimize the mistakes made in sequenced construction. T he purpose of this study is to evaluate the real estate consulting in Korea using the survey for specialists of real estate.
  (2) RESEARCH METHOD
  To achieve the research objectives, this study analyzed the case studies(Domestic experienced & USFK relocation program) and performed face-to-face interviews and survey.
  (3) RESEARCH RESULTS
  The results of this study are as follows, Finding out the program Management Consortium development process and successful operating factors..
  2. RESULTS
  This study have been to define and investigating the critical success factors of the Program Management Consortium projects can meet multinational needs. As Program Management Consortium projects becomes more of a strategic initiative within owner organizations, a more common-sense approach will be applied to the implementation of plans and specifications.
