1. CONTENTS
(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence factors on apartment housing price in cheongju. In this study, the price influence factors are selected by previous study adding critical cause.
(2) RESEARCH METHOD
AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) survey used for investigate the priority of these factors.
(3) RESEARCH RESULT
The meaningful characteristic found on the size of housing(0.206). Moreover Lapse years(0.221), Flourish possibility of local region(0.104), elevation of building(0.081) and construction company(brand, 0.071) are verified as superiority factors in sequence of priority.
2. RESULT
In this study, 5 apartment complex, 35 individual cases in Yongam-Dong selected as precedent. Futhermore, each character calculated by grade according. Finding can provide that unit grade rank is similar with price aspect of the declare value.
