국문 초록

  본 연구의 목적은 S보호관찰소에 수강명령을 받은 청소년 성폭력 가해자를 중심으로 재범방지와 자신감 회복에 초점을 두는 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하려고 하였다. 프로그램 참가자들은 10명의 보호관찰대상 청소년이었다. 12회기에 걸친 프로그램 진행 결과, 공감력이 향상되었던 반면 강간통념은 감소된 것으로 나타났다. 기존의 보호관찰 프로그램의 효과성 연구들에서는 통제집단이 설정되지 않았으나 이 연구에서는 유사 죄명의 통제집단이 설정되어 었기에 프로그램의 효과성을 비교적 효과적으로 측정해 볼 수 있었다. 하지만 사례 수가 극히 제한적이었기에 결과의 해석 상에 있어서는 신중을 기해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

  Due to the Adolescents Protection Laws, adolescents punishments for crimes were reduced. Now a days guidance for adolescent offenders is very needed. This study was for making programs for adolescent sex offenders and finding out the effects. The probation program was executed for 6 weeks twice a week. This program was divided into 5 stages. confrontation stage, understanding me stage, my expression stage, extension for planning ability stage, assessment stage. The results were as follows; 1) programed adolescents" rape myth scores were lower than nonprogramed adolescents". 2) programed adolescents" sympathy scores were higher than nonprogramed adolescents".
