영문 초록
This paper studied customers" satisfaction degrees with hair treatment service in hair dresser"s shops. Study subjects were man and woman customers who live in Daegu, Kyungbuk and have visited hair dresser"s shops in those districts. The questionnaire by personal self-administration was carried from November 25th to December 15, 2003. 423 copies out of collected data were used for this study.
one-way ANOVA was used to know satisfaction degrees by factors toward hair treatment service and satisfaction with hair treatment service according to examinees" general characters and hair-related characters, Correlation Analysis was used to know correlation degree between satisfaction with hair treatment service and related factors, Multiple Regression Analysis was used to know effect degrees between satisfaction with hair treatment service and related factors.
Summing up this paper, results are as follows;
1. In satisfaction degrees by factors toward hair treatment service according to general characters and hair related characters, as for satisfaction degrees by factors toward hair treatment service according to general characters, satisfaction with exact treatment proper for hair-states showed significant differences in marital status and age(p<0.05), enough knowledge of hair treatment were significantly different from occupation(p<0.05). Satisfaction degrees with after-service responsibility as the consultation guaranteed were significantly different in age and occupation(p<0.05), Satisfaction degrees with offering information of hair treatment were significantly different in age and educational background(p<0.05), Satisfaction degrees with N.B. after treatment and explanation of home-care were significantly different from educational degrees(p<0.05).
In satisfaction degrees by factors toward hair treatment service according to hair related characters, satisfaction degrees with exact treatment proper for hair-states were significantly different in sorts of hairdye and ratio of white hair(p<0.05), satisfaction degrees with after-service responsibility as the consultation guaranteed were significantly different showed significant differences in frequency of using hair dresser"s shops for 1 year(p<0.05). Satisfaction degrees with offering information of hair treatment were significantly different from hair style state, sorts of hair dye, ratio of white chair, frequency of using hair dresser"s shops for 1 year(p<0.05), satisfaction degrees with N.B. after treatment and explanation of home-care were significantly different in hair style state and ratio of white chair(p<0.05).
2. In satisfaction degrees toward hair treatment service according to general characters and hair related characters, satisfaction degrees toward hair treatment service according to general characters were significantly different only in age(p<0.05), satisfaction degrees toward hair treatment service according to hair related characters were significantly different in shape of hair, sorts of hairdye, ratio of white hair(p<0.05).
3. In correlation between satisfaction degrees with hair treatment service and related factors, factors showing plus significant correlation were exact treatment proper for hair-states, enough knowledge of hair treatment, after-service responsibility as the consultation guaranteed, offer of hair treatment information, N.B. after treatment and explanation of home-care. Among those factors, exact treatment proper for hair-states showed the highest correlation in its correlation coefficient 0.4471.
4. Factors showing significant effects in the Regression Analysis on satisfaction degrees with hair treatment service and related factors were age, exact treatment proper for hair-states, enough knowledge of hair treatment, after-service responsibility as the consultation guaranteed. A
