영문 초록
The purpose of this study is to provide essential information for the beauticians to cope with their burnout properly through estimating the degree of their burnout experience.
310 beauticians including head beauticians, cub beauticians, and trainee beauticians who are working ar the franchised beauty shops located in seoul were chosen for the survey which was done during the period of February 4, 2001 to February 20, 2001. For the statistics of the results, SAS was adopted to get results of frequency, percentage, average, t-test, ANOVA were used respectively to meet the purpose of each category or the study.
1. Beauticians Burnout was graded in the range of 1.96 to 4.02 of which the average was 2.86.
2. The analysis of the causes of beauticians Burnout by anthropological and occupational characteristics found the difference in motivation they chose the job(p＜0.05), "change of occupation experience"(p＜0.05), "satisfaction to the work(p＜0.001)", "predication for one"s working years" (p＜0.05).
