This study is to know how beauty shoppers satisfy customers, and if they know information of colors and are able to design the hair color. Many people study about the hair color, but this study is to know if beauty shoppers design the hair color after they know knowledge of the color design.
The first, ability degree of mixed colors is high. They use middle and mixed colors in the hair color. They mixed two colors when being dyed, but they use only one color when being coated. When they want to change color bright step by step, they do from two to four colors, and they know about identity and similar colors in the arrangement of color. All of them know dyeing colors well, but staves know less than the others.
The second, the understanding and preference of color are various. After they know the condition of skin and understand customer"s hair color, they choose colors and are dyeing. They distinguish well between warm and cool colors and have studied properties of color. They select simple or popular color and hear the hair information in beauty shop. Over a half of them learn the hair color in the beauty shopper, and most of them use favorite colors.
The third, they are satisfied with their hair design and customers also do. On the other hands, staves are satisfied less than the others because staves lack the responsibility and self-conceit.
