Dying hair is getting a new reputation, and a fashion towards hair coloring has changed a lot. As a result, customers increase their need towards different and unique hair colors that suit them.
This study has been built up through surveys in order to determine customers" individualities in hair style and color, consolidate the most beautiful formation that suits this time, and moreover improve the quality of service,
In the sampling, under 20 year olds make up 39.2%, and the majority (85.1%) are women.
In terms of education status, high school graduates make up 51.4%, and in terms of jobs, the majority(36.5%) are students. 44.6% of interviewees said that they dye their hair once or twice a year and their favorite color to dye hair is brown or the brownish color (37.8%)
For the question of what they think about the epochal colors that the new generation prefers to dye with, 33.8% of them answer that it looks very sophisticated and very modern, which is very positive.
For the question of whether they prefer acid or basic hair dyes, 59.5% appear to prefer acid hair dyes.
The factors to choose a beauty shop is ranged from that it colors them ( under ages) what they want at 21.8% to that it treats their hair against hair damage for the middle aged(30-39). Over 40 year olds choose hair shops based on how much they express and reflect their tastes and their individualities through hair color.
In terms of the reason why they choose a specific hair salon, both males(30.3%) and females(18.5%) select it according to how well it differently creates their hairs from the others, attempting to maximize their individualities.
47.3% of them say that they feel satisfied with a new hair color after dying, and in regard to the technical dying skill, 51.4% say that it is just average. In the matter of the cost, it is thoyght a bit expensive for 47.3%, and in retouch dying, it is thought okay for 35%.
