영문 초록
As methodology, questionnaire survey was conducted to beauty artists in beauty shop located in Seoul city and Kyonggi province. then 259 responses was returned.
Conclusively, results of study are shown like followings;
first, there was significant difference between whole service career and experience of turnover. specifically, 75.7% among whole object of study showed experience of turnover. the longer their service career was, the higher their experience of turnover was.
second, there was significant difference between factor of turnover and employee"s gender. its main factors were shown as overloaded work, low payment, no prospect and relationship with superior or companion. specifically, while female showed higher degree of factor like health problem, long on-duty hour and on & off hour, male did higher degree of factor like promotion chance, relationship with superior or companion, There was significant difference between whole service career and its average. the longer whole service career was, the longer average of career period was. frequency average of turnover was shown as 2 time for both of them.
third, in aspect of economic responsibility, the married had more weighty responsibility than the unmarried did. additionally, the longer their career period was and the higher their payment was, the weightier their economic responsibility was .As results of analysis on intention of turnover in present working place, there was strong intention and they estimated given condition for searching new job.
fourth, in analysis of factor of turnover, while compensation showed low satisfaction, promotion showed high satisfaction. in aspect of management system among working environment, they showed overall satisfaction except turnover due to poor working environment. in aspect of human relationship. they also showed overall satisfaction. In job satisfaction among factors of job contents, there was high turnover due to pregnance, delivery and fosterage. moreover, there was high turnover due to every its factors among factors of job contents,
fifth, in the factor of the substance of one"s duties and responsibility, there was significant difference statistically that the group who did not want to change their jobs had higher satisfaction than the one who wanted to(Z=3.8837, p=0.0001).
On the other side, in the factor of whole organization, the satisfaction of compensation
was lower remarkably in the group who wanted to change their jobs than the one who did not(Z=6.8413, p=0.0001), and the group who would change had a negative understanding strongly about the promotion compared with the one who would not.
Also, in the factor of professional environment, there was significant difference in the group who would transfer one"s jobs to new ones compared with the one who would not, which showed that remaining affairs and a fair amount of work among the factors of professional environment are the cause of the change their jobs. While, there was a high negative understanding of the management system that the group who wanted to change their jobs, in the management system, had showed lower significantly according to statistics than the one who did not. There was no significant difference with or without one"s experience in the human relationship; however, in the comparison between the groups who would and who would not change their jobs, it showed that the group who would change their jobs had a negative satisfaction, and they were not satisfied with the human relationship on the whole(Z=4.9079, p=0.0001).
From the study discussed above, skin-beauty services has been exposed to a lot of stress by the characteristics of the job, showing generally low satisfaction from displaying one"s ability and working on the factor of changing the job. According
