조선조 禮樂文明과 점필재 金宗直의 위상

국문 초록

  이 논문은 조선 초기 문화사에서 중요한 비중을 차지하는 점필재 김종직에 대하여 세간에 제기되고 있는 두 가지 문제를 변론하기 위하여 작성되었다. 세상에는 간혹 道學者로서의 점필재의 위상을 의심하거나 부정하고 또 그의 문학에서 당대의 훈구문인들과 대립되는 특성을 찾기가 어렵다고 논하는 사람이 있다. 점필재가 조선조 사상사에 있어서 道統의 전수자로 운위되는 것은 그가 시서예악과 孝悌忠信의 도리를 통하여 문명사회를 건설 한다는 조선 초기 성리학의 신념을 충실하게 이어받아 『小學』과 『家禮』를 실천하고 전수한 데서 말미암은 것이고, 그의 문학 또한 학문 수양으로 배양된 굳건한 역사 윤리 의식을 바탕으로 인간과 자연에 대한 갚은 통찰과 애정을 담은 典雅하고 雄建하면서 사실성이 풍부한 문예미를 창출하여 훈구파는 물론 다른 시대의 다른 작가에서 보기 어려운 독특한 국면을 보여 주었다. 도학자로서의 그의 위상과 사림파로서의 그의 문학적 특성은 서로 갚은 연관성을 가진 것으로 15세기 후반기 당대의 시대정신을 보여주는 표상이다. 그러므로 이 두 측면은 모두 점필재 김종직 문학의 특성으로 정당하게 평가되어야 마땅하다

영문 초록

  This paper, I tried to realize discussion about two problems about the status of Jeompiljae[？畢齋] Gimjongjik[金宗直] who dominates important weight in literary history in beginning of Chosun Dynasty. Today, there are such scholars who deny Jeompiljae"s status as a neo-confucianist, and that he was no characteristic that is compared with other writers in same age. But, Jeompiljae was the most faithful neo-confucianist in latter term of 15th century in Chosun Dynasty, and he educated great many scholar who practice confucianism seriously. Therefore he was spoted as orthodox acceder who inherit confucianism in the front age. He executed Garye [家禮] that Zhu-Xi[朱熹] wrote to guide ritual standards, and he observed Sohak[小學] that Zhu-Xi writes to educate morality for children. Lyrics and epics that he wrote were famous in his age by that is very impressive and aesthetic superiority. His literary works are very excellent in side of moral sense of values. As confucianist as well as the most excellent poet in Chosun Dynasty, his fame can say that is involved deeply with the literary moral superiority. Moral superiority of his lyrics and proses originated in sincere practice of confucianism.
