1. CONTENTS
(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of job satisfaction on job character in Real Estate Employees. To examine the influence of job characteristics on job satisfactions, this research took independent variables as the job characteristics of the job characteristic theory such as job autonomy, job variety, job significance, feed back, and job identity.
This study is a survey on the 200 employees sampled from 11 office. The response rate was 83%, 166 questionnaires were returned. Of these 48 were dropped from analysis because of many missing items. Finally 118 questionnaires used as a raw data.
For the valid analysis, Factor analysis and Cronbach-a reliability test is used for the extracting the reliable and valid variables. Multiple regression analysis is used for testing the effects of job satisfaction on job characteristics, and moderating regression analysis, which is based on the Hackman & Oldham method.

The results of this study shows that Real estate employees had job satisfaction by 3.17. They had personnel relationship satisfaction by 3.83, reward satisfaction by 2.27, job satisfaction by 2.97.
2. RESULTS
The analysis showed that Job autonomy, job significance, and feed back positive affected the relationship satisfaction, while job variety negatively affected, but job identity is not significant value. And job variety, job significance, feed back, and job identity positive affected reward satisfaction, while job autonomy, negatively affected. Last, Job autonomy, job identity influence on task satisfaction, while job significance and feed back negatively affected. but job variety is not significant value.
