영문 초록

  Combating the intellectual property infringe crime is a task of policy and professional considerations. The public security organ should adapt to the situation of economic globalization and market internationalization, be aware of the current condition of the intellectual property right (IPR) infringe crime correctly, develop the criminal judicial research of combating the crime according to the rules of WTO and the requirements of establishing the new-type country, and improve the whole level of fighting crime through training a special team as soon as possible and broadening information channel and communication and cooperation in cases handling.
