영문 초록

  1. CONTENTS
  (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
  This study investigates the correlations between the price of land and C.B.D. functions in Seomyun(Bujeondong) which is the most expensive in Busan.
  (2) RESEARCH METHOD
  This paper analyze the pictures that shows the spatial distribution of functions and land prices of C.B.D. in 2006 by GIS program.
  (3) RESEARCH RESULTS
  There is close correlation between the price of land and functions in C.B.D. of Seomyun.
  2. RESULTS
  The study reaches two conclusion : first, the sales function is the most representative function in C.B.D. The second of the study is a correlation between the price of land and functions in C.B.D.
